As an empathetic and seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Chelsie is deeply committed to facilitating personal growth and healing. Her guiding principle is the transformative power of therapeutic relationships, wherein she embraces an authentic and relational approach to support her clients. Her practice is anchored in the belief that each person's need for feeling seen and heard is paramount to their healing process.

With a comprehensive background in working across the lifespan, she brings a wealth of experience in serving youth and families. Her engagement has been diverse, from coaching high school sports to providing therapy in residential settings for at-risk youth, specializing in co-occurring disorders, to comprehensive family therapy sessions. Her professional repertoire extends to managing acute mental illness, crisis intervention, treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, addressing substance use and addiction issues, navigating personality disorders, resolving adoption-related family challenges, and alleviating depression and anxiety.

As a veteran, she integrates an intimate understanding of the unique challenges faced by military personnel and first responders, ensuring tailored support for these valued community members. Her therapeutic practices are informed by a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens, employing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), among others.

She intimately relates to the adversity and discomfort that accompany life's trials. With an open heart, I extend an invitation to join me in your journey toward recovery and self-discovery. The focus of our collaboration is you, empowering you to forge a path towards the fulfilling life you envision.
